Simple. Make sure you don't have a buyer agency agreement with anyone else or have an open offer on another property, and have a pre-approval from our mortgage department. That's is. Simple.
You get back half the commissions we make because - let's face it - today, you are going to do most of the work to find the property on the Internet anyway. We can also help you with the search, but if you do most of the legwork, you get 50% of the commissions back. Find the home you are interested in, and ask us to set up a viewing, or for a second opinion. If you like it, we will take care of the rest. On closing, we will rebate you half of our commissions...Its simple.
What if I want you to look for the property for me?
No problem. We will offer you the complete range of realestate services. The SCHEDULE OF REBATES will give you an idea of what you can expect. Whether you are a first time buyer or a seasoned investor, we will help you all the way.
How many appointments can I ask for?
You can have as many appointments as you want.... but the more work you do, the more rebates you get. See the SCHEDULE OF REBATES to get an idea of what to expect.
How can I schedule an appointment?
As soon as you find the property you want, call us and we will arrange the appointment for you.
And if I already know what property I want?
That's great. We will put the offer in and negotiate the deal and ... you guessed it ... on closing, you will get half the commissions back.

It's a great deal. We are simply recognizing you for the work you will be doing by rewarding you with cash in your pocket. We want to offer you only the service you need and no more. We will put some money back into your pocket. We are sure that you will be so delighted with our service that you will spread the word and tell all your friends. Nothing complicated. Everything will be spelled out in the buyer agency agreement we will both sign.
What about condos or commercial properties?
Any property, anywhere.... If we are involved as you agent, you get half our commissions...Period.
