In a normal Real Estate transaction, there are two agents, the Listing Broker and the Selling Broker. The Seller normally pays for the Commissions.
When a Selling Agent sells a home, they are usually entitled to 2.5% of the Purchase price. In new developments of condominiums, the commissions can be as high as 5-6%.
When we represent you in Buying a home, we give you half our commissions. That's right. We rebate you half our commissions. Depending on the price of the home, that would give you thousands of dollars back.
As an example, one of our clients, Brian, recently bought a home for $965,000. After closing, they received a check for $ 11,765.
